Paloma Artspace is an independent design and creative community space located in the historic Wagner Palace in the heart of Budapest. Paloma showcases the work of more than one hundred Hungarian designers and creators, primarily featuring fashion, jewellery, ceramics, graphic works, and other design products made in small series or as unique pieces.
Paloma aims to create a direct connection between contemporary Hungarian designers and both local and international audiences. The venue is not only an exhibition and retail space: we regularly organise workshops, creative programmes, exhibitions, guided walks, and community events, offering visitors the opportunity to meet the creators in person and discover the ideas, techniques, and stories behind individual objects.
Our programmes place particular emphasis on contemporary material culture, local creativity, small-scale and handcrafted production, as well as connecting Budapest’s architectural and cultural heritage with contemporary design.
Paloma is also the creator of KALEIDOSCOPE, a series of fashion shows in which collections by Hungarian designers are presented around a shared artistic theme.
