The Dávid Gallery has been operating in Budapest since 2013 and is located at 6–8 Falk Miksa Street, just off Kossuth Square. The gallery is fully dedicated to the latest directions in contemporary art, presenting talented artists working in abstract expressionism, new digital arts, realist figurative painting, and a renewed vision of pop art. Among the represented artists are Dávid Norbert, Dávid Ervin, Balog Béla, Balogh Ádám, Weide Ancsa, Markó-Rádler Elvira, Terdik Szilvia, Vitos Irén, Barbara EM., Leo Hainzl, Ruth Schmidt, and Csernik Attila, whose works create original and distinctive artistic worlds of exceptional quality.
The message is the primary inspiration behind every artwork.
The Dávid Gallery was the first gallery in Hungary to embrace the high-level presentation of digital art. Artists exploring new forms of visual expression fully adopt the opportunities created by the evolution of digital technology and the creative freedom it provides. The gallery represents free thinking and the diversity of unrestricted artistic processes, highlighting profound creative concepts and the open, unrestricted use of artistic language. It proposes a new path toward the renaissance-inspired renewal of visual art at the dawn of a new era.
Art is never an end in itself. Rather than words, artworks communicate ideas and messages through images, reflecting a continuous commitment to harmonizing knowledge and artistic representation at the highest level. This is the essence of outstanding artistic value.
The Dávid Gallery is a unique cultural and business ecosystem based on three complementary pillars, connecting contemporary art at local, regional, and international levels. Its mission is to provide artists with a complete professional pathway, from their first public presentation to international recognition.
The Central Gallery – The Gallery of Painter Dávid Norbert
This is the gallery’s main exhibition space, where the works of Dávid Norbert take center stage and where the intellectual core of the gallery is located. Through a highly professional curatorial approach, the gallery presents the artworks while creating an inspiring environment for the entire ecosystem.

Curatorial and Professional Team
Three distinguished curators ensure the professional quality of the gallery’s programs, develop national and international artistic relationships, and support emerging talents. Their complementary expertise enables the gallery’s three-pillar ecosystem to provide comprehensive support for artists throughout their professional development.
Balog Béla – International Relations and Artist Selection
Balog Béla is the gallery’s international curator and a recognized expert in the global contemporary art scene. His professional activity is monitored by the ARTFACTS platform.
Terdik Szilvia – Hungarian Artists and Group Exhibitions
Terdik Szilvia specializes in the Hungarian contemporary art scene, coordinating established national artists ready for further development as well as the gallery’s group exhibitions.
Koreny Ildikó – Emerging Talents and Mentoring
Koreny Ildikó specializes in discovering, mentoring, and professionally supporting young artists throughout the early stages of their careers.
Together, the three curators form the professional backbone of the Dávid Gallery:
- Balog Béla builds international partnerships and provides curatorial credibility.
- Terdik Szilvia supports Hungarian artists and develops group exhibitions.
- Koreny Ildikó discovers and mentors emerging talents until their first solo exhibition.
This structure enables the gallery to offer relevant, innovative, and high-quality programs for both artists and audiences across the local, regional, and international contemporary art scene.
