Musical Literary Evening Closing Event (Finissage) of the Variat

The closing event (finissage) of the Variations exhibition will be a musical literary evening entitled Herbal Books – Reflections by Márai, Hamvas and Weöres. Featuring composer and pianist Károly Binder and painter Erzsébet Zsombori.

The Variations exhibition has been on view in the gallery for several weeks. It presents designs, variations and full-scale cartoons for the mural works created by Mária Túry and György Kádár during the 1960s and 1970s. These works offer a fascinating insight into the artists' creative process, revealing their exploration, experimentation and way of thinking before the final artworks took shape.

The exhibition can be visited daily from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. during the Artineris Festival. The closing event will take place on Wednesday, 23 September, at 6:00 p.m.
